Auch ein Besuch im Fotoladen kann ein Einschnitt im Leben sein. Zumindest für Doug und Carrie, die aus Versehen die Fotos eines anderen Paares anstatt der eigenen Bilder zurückbekommen. Nach intensiver Ansicht der Aufnahmen sind sie sich darüber einig, dass das Leben des anderen Paares, das auf den Fotos abgelichtet ist, wesentlich aufregender und spannender als ihr eigenes ist. Aber dem kann Abhilfe geschaffen werden: Fortan versuchen die zwei alle Szenen, die auf den Bildern festgehalten sind, nachzustellen. Aber eine Lebenskopie ist natürlich nie so gut, wie ein eigenes Leben, und das stellen auch Doug und Carrie irgendwann fest. Auch Arthur ist unzufrieden mit seinem Leben und versucht etwas mehr Kommunikation in sein tristes Dasein zu bringen. Aus diesem Grund kauft er sich ein Handy. Die Enttäuschung ist jedoch gross, als er feststellen muss, dass ihn niemand anruft. [TV Info]

wiist ihr warum arthurs handynummer mit 555 beginnt?

ich hab gelesen dass die meisten film und tv nummern aus den usa mit ''555'' beginnt weil es die vorwahl in den usa nicht gibt. das ...NASE ist natürlich auch etwas erfundenes

Ist Euch aufgefallen, daß der Verkäufer, den Doug nach einem "Böse-Buben-Biß-Geh-Fort" (Mittel gegen Kinderbiß, nach mißglücktem Tauchversuch) fragte, der selbe Typ ist, mit dem Carry viele Folgen früher einen verpatzten Valentinstag verbrachte und den sie noch weitere Folgen früher in einem Kino zusammengesch... hatte, weil er sich etwas lautstark mit einem Kumpel über die Sitzplatz wahl beratschlagte?

genau das hab ich heute auch gedacht mrgreen
obwohl ich die sendung schon mehrmals gesehen hab fiel mir das erst heute auf

In der Situation am Schluss, als Doug und Carrie alle möglichen Fotos aufmachten, den Behälter umkippten und alles aufrissen, wäre es interessant gewesen zu erfahren, inwiefern sie erwischt wurden bzw. welche Art von Ärger sie bekommen haben. So glimplich kamen die doch sichter nicht davon. mrgreen Die haben ja wie kleine Kinder alles aufgemacht und durcheinandergebracht. mrgreen
